- Major advantage of EV Max is increased battery capacity of 40.5 kWh compared to 30.2 kWh in EV Prime.
- Due to increased battery capacity EV Max has more range (453 Km) than EV Prime (312 Km).
- EV Max has a more powerful motor than EV Prime.
- Max is 100kg heavier compared to Prime mainly due to its bigger battery. For same reason ground clearance is Max is less than Prime (190 vs 205 mm).
- EV Max comes with option of 7.2 KW charger which can charge much faster compared to 3.3 KW charger.
- Although both Max and Prime have Regen Braking but in Max it’s adjustable, thus providing more levels of regen braking.

Conclusion :
Tata Nexon EV Max clearly has advantage over EV Prime with a significant range improvement and more features. Hence with higher price tag, Max clearly seems to be worthy over Prime mainly due to increased range.
